How can I use quantity-dependent setup times in the routing at operation level? 
Wie kann ich im Arbeitsplan auf Vorgangsebene mengenabhängige Rüstzeiten verwenden?

Example: a 5-minute set-up must be carried out every 100 parts. How can I take this into account for different production order quantities?
Beispiel: Alle 100 Teile muss ein 5-minütiges Rüsten durchgeführt werden. Wie kann ich dies bei unterschiedlichen Fertigungsauftragsmengen berücksichtigen?

Hi,

Standard setup time parameter and formula doesn't consider the variables like operation qty

Try creating a custom parameter for "variable setup time" based on the requirement (OP17)

Then custom formula for "variable setup time. For an example, setup time formula =Setup time parameter * Operation qty parameter/base qty parameter/operation splits parameter .(OP21) Also check for relevant indicators such as allowed for scheduling etc, as required.

You will have to create a new standard value key (OP19) and assign to the work center.

But : How can I have more flexibilty in routings? Because I can have only one formula in work centers! In other routings with that work center I have only setup-time if I start to produce....

Hi, You can have up to 6 parameters assigned formulas in a work center based on the standard value key you have defined in the customizing. Work center assigned routing can have those 6 parameter values.
