Sales Order Costing: Set up time / Costing Lot size

Hi together,

I used the search to find a matching answer, but I couldn't find one.

My question:

Is there any possibility to use / transfer the costing lot size in the material master (for inhouse materials) into the sales order costing?

We do have problems here since the set up time is fully taken into account, especially when the (order)quantity is one.

The reality is that often components are produced in a higher lot size - and not only one. However, in the sales order the KMAT is more often than not with quantity one listed.

What we tried so far:

- Change in the material master MRP4 field “Individual/coll.” to 2

- Flag “Always pass on lot size” in the sales order costing variant

=> However, the desired outcome was not there

Do you have any idea?
