"500 Internal Server Error" when trying to access Adobe forms in SAP EHS portal

We are receiving the error below in our QA client when testing the modified Adobe forms, which were made for the SAP EHS investigation summary.

In the DEV environment, we have no problems this is working on all the SAP EHS incidents we have there. I already asked our Basis team to check if there might be an issue with Adobe Document Services (ADS), it is working fine. Any help will be appreciated.

this error may have a number of various reasons.

One reason could be a custom Z-field which is available in the development environment but not in the quality environment. This may lead to such an issue. If a custom Z-field is available in the context of the form on Dev, but not available in Qas, a shortdump similar to the one you are facing is raised by the print program.

To further investigate the issue, I'd kindly ask you to have a look at the transaction ST22.
