Cost EAC values not transferred to all periods from CPM

Hi All

I am doing a transfer from CPM Financial Plan current version which is mapped to CO version 0. The transfer method is based on EAC costs which gets calculated in the In Period workbooks Adjust Forecast. We are transferring through the mass transfer program /CPD/PFP_MASS_FORCAST_TRANSFER

The transfer is successful but the value has not flowed into individual periods but only to the current period for which the transfer has been done. The standard transfer method 0TRANS_WBS_ECP_PERIODIC has been used for the transfer which carries the Key figure /CPD/FEACAwhich we need for the transfer.

When we see the Infocube /CPD/PFP_R01 we see the Plan values for EAC are stored in all periods.

What may be the reason of this issue. The back end ECC is S4 HANA 1909
