Unable to transfer Standard Value Key in DMC

Hi,

We are unable to transfer Standard value key with work center in DMC.

Work center is getting download but not SVK. Also we have implemented the SAP Note 3134473 as well to support language descriptions. We are using SAP 1709 version.

We have maintained all Prerequisites related to this as below:

For Standard Value Key download failure, Kindly follow the instructions below.

In 2202 release, there is a change in downloading master data of standardvaluekey from ERP system to DMC. The prerequisite for this change is to apply the SAP note(3134473) on ERP systems.

Also add new function module(CO_MES_SVK_WITH_LANGUAGE) in cloud connector accessible resources list.

After completing these configurations/settings, kindly re-try failed "Standard value key download" events.

Details on SAP note:

To support language descriptions in multiple languages for the standard value keys defined in the S/4HANA OP / ECC system the following note has to be applied - 3134473.

Hello Shweta,

The ERP Destination ('CPI_DMC_TRIAL') you defined in DM at Manage Business Settings app for Integration section is missing in Integration Suite BTP Subaccount Cockpit. You must either create 'CPI_DMC_TRIAL' in Integration Suite BTP Subaccount Cockpit or adjust ERP Destination in DM at Manage Business Settings app for a valid destination.

Hi Shweta,

Did you check Cloud Integration (CI) Monitor? Any error messages logged on Integration flows for artifact 'API_STANDARD_VALUE_KEY_SRV' ?

Also, can you provide the version of CI Package that is deployed.

Hello Sai,

Below is the error message and version of CI Package that is deployed is 1.16.0

javax.script.ScriptException: java.lang.Exception: java.lang.Exception: Exception: com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (106) JCO_ERROR_RESOURCE: Destination CPI_DMC_TRIAL does not exist @ line 12 in script1.groovy

Hi Shweta,

Interesting .. the error description says Destination 'CPI_DMC_TRIAL' doesn't exist, however as I understood from the original post that you are able to download Work centers.

Can you do few more checks?

1. In Cloud Connector Administration, do you see the function module 'CO_MES_STANDARD_VALUE_KEY_PULL' and is it enabled as accessible resources in the Access Control tab?

2. On ERP side, what is the IDoc status? Is it success or error?
