We had a problem opening guidelines on the incident investigation tab.
We applied SAP note 3274901 and recreated the guidelines (re-uploading the documents as we did so).
We can now open PDF's, but cannot open word documents.
Table EHHSSC_INVGUID_F has 4432 entries against the guideline that is a word document.
The field FILELENGTH has a value of 265,893 for these entries (our initial problem was caused by this field showing 0).
I am suspicious of the MIMETYPE, which shows:
application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document
how do I know if this is correct?
