I was getting this error message “Object variable or With block variable not set” every other day but then it got resolved either by restarting the machine or by uninstalling and installing the EPM or it got resolved by itself. Today, almost all users are getting this message and none of the above fixes are helping in any means.
The weird part is this that we are getting the message only in PRD. When we are connecting the same EPM to QA environment then we are not getting this error. I have tried all of the options in Excel Add-ins settings like checking Disabled Items, Com-Add-ins or Excel Add-ins and didn’t find anything wrong as most of the people have suggested looking into it for this issue. Nothing was disabled in the Disabled Items.
