Product upgrade in BRIM

Hello Experts,

I am trying to find solution for below problem, i would really appreciate if you could help me with inputs and suggestion.

ex. I have subscribed for the service( Basic Service) on 1.11.2019 for 10 USD and hence my billing cycle would be 1.11.2019 to 30.11.2019 but on 10.11.2019 i would like to upgrade the product( gold service) then when i perform the change of product process in CRM after this system also changing the billing cycle of my contract i.e from 10.11.2019 to 09.12.2019.

is there any way that i can restrict this behavior? My requirement is to anytime customer can upgrade the product and this should not affect the billing cycle.
