Hello,
We are trying to build some custom logic based on standard FI tables. Can secondary index tables like BSAK(Accounting: Secondary Index for Vendors (Cleared Items)) and BSIK(Accounting: Secondary Index for Vendors - Generated) in SAP S/4 HANA be considered as reliable source of information consider huge volume of production data?
Or we must use ACDOCA to setup a reporting logic?
Kindly suggest.
Thanks.
Request clarification before answering.
Those tables still exist in S/4HANA
But they exist in "compatibility" mode, which means that performance against these tables can be slower
To me it depends on the use case - if the volume is low, go ahead and use the tables. Just my take.
