Does it require an additional license to use notifications for allowances?

Whenever allowance is consumed fully, we want to send the information to external application. I believe best way to do this is use of Notifications. 

What are the pre-requisites to use notification? How to achieve this and does it require additional license?

Hi,

if you want to use notifications you need to purchase a license for SAP Event Mesh. In SAP Event Mesh you configure queues and subscribe to the events that you are interested in.
