withdrawal quantity in MD63

Dear experts,

I've the below scenario:

PIR : 1,000 created for 01.2016 in advance.

Strategy: 11 (Gross requirement planning), Req Type: BSF

Consumption mode 4 (Forward / backward 30 days), Mixed MRP: 2

On 1st of Jan morning, the production of 31st Dec'15 is posted. Say 5 qty.

Now, the requirement is showing 995 qty only for Jan, as it shows 5 qty as withdrawal qty. How to rectify this?

The posting date for 5 qty is in Dec'15 and business requires to show the PIR as 1,000 itself for Jan'16.

In short my issue is: PIR consumption takes place based on system data, instead of posting date.

Refer FAQ note  772857 - FAQ: Independent requirements reduction/withdrawal quantity

3. Question:

For these planning strategies, the reduction occurs in the time scale up to the current date and the oldest planned independent requirements are reduced first.

In MD63 Goto---> Schedule line history,  quantities received are displayed in the Withdrawal qty field.

Yes, the issue was the oldest PIR. The planner had deleted the PIR for Dec'15 (as it's gross requirement planning) on 31st December. So, when the posting happened on 1st Jan'16, the oldest PIR is as of 01.2016 and the quantity is reduced from that.
