Unable to post a parked invoice

Hi All,

When I open a parked invoice through FBL1n, I am unable to post it as the post button is missing & the post option under document is greyed out.

But when I open the document through FBV0, I am able to post it. Please tell me how this can be solved.

Hi Lakshmi,

This is a change in functionality, done via note 988188.

The reason behind is the following:

If you have "traditionally" (i.e.FB01/FBV1) parked documents, you have the change transaction FBV2, but you can't post from the change mode - you have to use FBV0 instead.

Now you have ENJOY (i.e. FV60 for instance) parked documents;

Here the same flow logic applies: coming from FBL1N list, select a

document for change, you are in change mode as above, so posting must

not be allowed. Only FBV0 (or FV60 directly) should be used for

posting.

Thanks you so much for your reply. This solved by problem. The functionality has indeed been deactivated through note 988188. You may already know but I am posting this for the benefit of others -

There is a related note to this - 1276062 which further deactivates the option under document - Select parked document. This was done as it was possible to post using this option.
