Form Template for Supplier Invoice which Entry Type = [Online] and [Invoice from Parking Function]

Hello Experts,

Supplier Invoice with Entry Type=ESR have output tab and we can view the form template for those Supplier Invoices.

But supplier invoice with other Entry Type= Online, Invoice from Parking function and etc.. do not have output tab and we cannot view the form template. Only ESR type can view form template.

Could you please guide us how to view the form template for supplier invoices with other entry types?
