This works fine before till now. Restarted the services but still error exist. Now we will try your solution. Is there any particular reason why this happens?
able to fix this issue by reinstalling Service Layer Component. Thanks.
Hi,

Hi,
1. Confirm the HANA Revision Version and SAP Business One Version.
2. Change the DbUserName and DbPassword to plaintext username and password in the b1s.conf file and restart Service Layer.
(currently DbUserName and DbPassword in b1s.conf file has encrypted values)
+ Send a login request to Service Layer by external/internal address:
POST https://<server>:50000/b1s/v1/Login
{"UserName": "manager","Password": "1234","CompanyDB": "DEMODB"}
3. Query on the table HostingUnit and get the HOSTINGUNIT_ID. Then Query on the table B1ServiceLayers and see the HOSTING_ID value. What is there in the HOSTING_ID?

Hi Ankit,
Thank you for your support.
We are using HANA 1.0 platform version and SAP B1 9.2 PL08 HF#03.
As per your suggestion we have configure the b1s.conf with HANA DB user name and password with plain text. but we are getting same error.
Is there any alternate solution kindly let us know.
Thanks and Regards
Venkat
