Hello,
I have a strange scenario where Statistical Pring condition(EDI Conditions ) are becoming a part of Net Unit Price Calculation in Sale Orders.
The scenario is as below:Most of our sales orders are through EDI
We have statistical EDI conditions which are mandatory and entered by the User manually in our Sales orders
EDI1
EDI2
and EDI3
These Statistical conditions are at the beginning of our Pricing procedure
These conditions are followed by our Price list conditions which have Accounting impact
ZFP1-Condition record Price
ZFP2-Manual Price
ZFP5-Delivered Price
This is followed by Base Price Subtotal
which is followed by Discount /Surcharge conditions to arrive at the Net Price
Now For new Materials, where the Price list price(eitherZFP1/ZFP2/ZFP5) is not known at the beginning, the user enters only the relevat EDI conditions manually in the Sales order.
when this is the case these EDI conditions become added to Netprice Calculation in the Sales order condition screen and this also reflects in Netprice( VBAP-NETWR) field in Sales order entry screen which is incorrect.
However Netvalue field ( KOMP-NETWR) is correctly shown in the Condition screen with the right Net Value.
Now when the user enters the correct Price list Price later(either of eitherZFP1/ZFP2/ZFP5) the statistical EDI conditions become inactive since all these conditions(EDI and Price list conditions) belong to condition class B and then we get the right Net Price both in condition screen and as well as sales order entry screen.
Would like to know why these statistical EDI conditions become a part of the Net Pricing calculation when they should not and what needs to eb done to correct this?
Thanks and Regards
Mohammed Roshan
Check if EDI 1 , EDI 2 & EDI 3 step number is maintained in "FROM " & " TO" fields which might be used in calculating base price, thereby they are becoming the part of net price calculation.Because EDI 1 ,EDI 2 & EDI 3 are the customer expected values that can be maintained manually or through EDI which is then compared with net price and if there is any discrepancies than sales order is blocked which can be released using v.25 tcode.

Hello Mohd. Roshan,
Try up with the following. Make sure that EDI conditions use routines 08 and 09 maintained in alt cal type in case you want to compare the values. Also, mark the conditions as it as Statistical and Manual in your Pricing Schema V/08 and there maintain EDI1 and EDI2 at very last steps. After that raise the Sale Order and check. Revert with your findings please. Thanks and ve a good day.

Hi Ammarah,
Thank you your reply,These EDI conditions are already marked as Statictical and Mandatory in V/08 and as you had suggested,we had tried putting the EDI conditions at the very last steps which works as required but Business while order entry was not feeling very comfortable scrolling up and down for each the pricing screen for line item so this was not pursued further.
Is there any other way we can control this?
Thanks and Regards

Thank you Aaamrah,Can you eloborate on your suggestion,My requirement is only Subtotal of EDI conditions should be subtracted from Netvalue but when there regular pricing conditions and EDI conditions are inactive this should not happen and where should be the new calculation type be added to,Is it Netvalue?
Thanks and Regards
Mohammed Roshan
Dear Mohd. Roshan,
Do this, maintain all EDI conditions in a sequence and then maintain From and To reference steps in your pricing procedure in order to total them all, don't forget to assign Subtotal in order to carry that value to some variable.
1. You can pass the individual value of EDI conditions to some Dummy Condition and then store that value to some variable for further calculations.
2. You can carry totaled EDI conditions value directly make sure that base value for the same should be passed to some subtotal.
Now in your calculation type which you can use either 02 or 25 apply the logic and write a routine in order to subtract that variable in which you've stored all the EDI condition values from the net value NETWR.
Other way to achieve the same is to multiple the NETWR by -1 and then add the same -ve value to EDI conditions subtotaled variable.
The end result would be same in both cases and i'm sure this will help you in achieving the same. Thanks, do hit back and lemme know in case of any further help.

Hello Mohd. Roshan,
Not sure if you're okay with this soln. but try it. in V/06 for your specific statistical condition types set the condition category as if it's J there or some other value. Lemme know your findings. Thanks.
