How to add PO Item Custom Field for Mass Change of PO

We have added a custom field in PO Item detail level. We need to use this field in the app Mass Changes to Purchase Orders.

How to add this custom field in S/4HANA Public Cloud like ECC, we can add using maintain table views MASSFLDLST

Maybe the following information on Adapt and Extend Functionality of Apps (Extensibility)  may help you to let you add the PO item level custom field to the app Mass Changes to Purchase Orders.

I would like to know how did you add this custom field to the PO item level. Maybe you have to do the same process in the app of Mass changes of PO.

Hello FernandaKluck, I am not able to access the link provided in your reply. We have added the PO item custom field using app "Custom Fields" with business context Procurement: Purchasing Document Item (MM_PURDOC_ITEM). Checked the KBA 2930737 for other case, so tried to find same way and could not find mass CDS view to enable. Thanks

According to https://me.sap.com/notes/0003592364 it is not possible to extend the app with new fields. Backend is hardcoded with the fields available. How did you solve the issue?
