Service order not getting completed and showing error.

Hi,

  The problem is we need to complete the service order (TECO). But while doing TECO it is showing the following error.

Then i checked the document flow there are 2 purchase requisitions are created where one of them has done with po and GR. But other PR is in deleted status. Still it is showing the error for that particular PR which is deleted status. So please help me how to remove the PR and to complete the service order. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Run Report  RM06HL04 in SE38 which will update the PR delete status at table

after executing this report you will be able to TECO service order
