sender error

Hi everybody,

all the emails from SAPB1 have this problem

Sender: "=?windows-1252?B?Q?=    "email address"
From: "=?windows-1252?B?Q?="    "email address"
To: "=?windows-1252?B?Q?="     "email address"

SAPB! tech says it's not SAP problem, email provider  says it's a SAP problem because the system uses a name/index utf8 not completed

what can I do?

Please check SAP note  3460496 for the issue faced.

Issue is fixed in feature Package 2408 SAP Business One 10.0.

Sorry its difficult to understand the issue with the limited provided info. Please try to configure email without any encryption, if it works then explore encryption.

I have a problem with SBO MAILER; nobody can receive e-mails from SAP; so I'm looking for solution, (I can't waith next release (rif. note 3460496 ); so I tried to configure office 365 but it does not work;

I need to know how to configure SAP, (not Office 365 because it's configured)

I1_ I need to use SAP 365 office integration or to configure only office SMTP? One technician says to use only mailer configuration, SErver technician says to configure Office 365 properly

I've made all configuration in SAP Business One Microsoft 365 Integration,

, I have an internal SMTP smart hos to office 365; we've made all connector for 365

but SAP does not send any e-mail, (we've made tests, the server is running but SAP does not send e.mail.

Please help,
