Dear Exports,

I am reorganizing or deleting the old demand uploaded in the MD61 but I am unable to do so through T-code MD74, MD75, and MD76.

You can refer to the below screenshots for more details.

MD62

Reorganizing the same plan through T-code MD74 but getting a below screen and no data in the PBED table is becoming zero after execution.

Getting return message as "List doesn't contain any data".

PBIM and PBED table records you can see here.

Please help me to resolve this issue. This demand is not even being deleted through T-code MD74 and MD76.

Thanks in advance.

sincerely

Ali

For example, you have a demand of 100. This you will check in md62 or md63 and for that you have planned orders also. You want to delete the demand for a particular material and set the planned order to 0. When you run this transaction you set the demand to 0 (The PIR requirement date before the key date), and when you refresh md04 the planned orders will have exception message "26" Excess in individual segment. When you run the MRP these planned orders will be deleted. It is completely deleted form the data base.

Thanks Derek, I was entering the date which was earlier than the Demand start or end date. My requirement was in Future i.e, more than 15 days from the current date.
