S/4 SAP to 3PL AND 3PL to S/4 SAP with standard web services [Integration]

I have a requirement where i have to send and receive information from 3PL warehouses via standard WEB-SERVICES

Purchase Order SAP S/4 -> 3PL Warehouse

Inbound Deliveries SAP S/4 -> 3PL Warehouse

Goods Receipts 3PL Warehouse -> SAP S/4

Outbound Deliveries SAP S/4 -> 3PL Warehouse

Goods Issues 3PL Warehouse -> SAP S/4

Goods Movements 3PL Warehouse -> SAP S/4

Materials SAP S/4 -> 3PL Warehouse

Stock Levels 3PL Warehouse -> SAP S/4

I need help/Pointer with setup (SOAMANGER) and identifying the standard service provider and consumer available in S/4 SAP system.
