SAP B1 DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO CREATE NEW COMPANY

I am trying to create a new company in SAP B1 but it always gives me this error, I already used several names without spaces or symbols and the error still persists. How could I solve it?

This reported problem could be related to the HDB client , even the HANA version itself that may be in an incorrect version. Another cause could be the SBOCOMMON corruption but this can be checked once correct HANA DB and client versions will be confirmed from your side.

1. Please check if the database version is correct as described in the Overview note for the SAP Business One version 9.3H PL04:

2589127 - Overview Note for SAP Business One 9.3 PL04, version for SAP HANA

you can check it via commands from the attached SAP Note also:

2122167 - SAP HANA client version must not be lower than SAP HANA database version

2. Please check the HDB client on Linux and also on the Windows box from where you are trying to create the companies (according note 2122167)

Summary :

Please check the HANA database, HDB client on Linux and HDB client on Windows version and let us know the information. In case the versions would be incorrect, please fix it and try running company creation again.

Hi, thank you for you answer. I have reviewed the version of SAP HANNA for Windows and I have version 2.1.19. The version of SAP HANNA installed on Linux is 2.3.10. The version of our SAP B1 client is: 9.2.160 PL06. What could I do? Would there be a way to create the Society in Linux directly?
