Access to task tutorials and in-app help

Hi Community,

I have a question regarding access and licensing in S/4 HANA Public Cloud. Do all end-users have access to the task tutorials in the trainer and the in-app help and support in S/4 HANA Public Cloud and if so, does this access differ according to licensing agreement etc. and how?

Hi,

I would suggest during implementation. This way it will be available for Go Live (and beyond).

The in-App help is very valuable to end-users as they navigate new screens. Additionally, you could also create supplemental custom content for the areas where challenges for end-users are identified.
