No documentation for 40 ACS generic settings 17 , 18, 19 types

Experts,

I am analyzing SAP KBA 2811657 to implement IT Declaration : Updating actuals in IT0585 and IT0586 for terminated employees through ESS.

I enhanced given new BAdI 'HRPBSIN_MODIFY_40ACS' given in this KBA. After putting breakpoint in method it is not getting triggered.

For Indian payroll 40ACS feature, I don't see any documentation for generic settings values 17, 18,19. Can anyone enlighten me?
