Items with NULL or 0.00 Sales Price by Customer

I am in need of a query that looks at ITM1 and OSPP for items that have a NULL or 0.00 price by BP. I am hoping someone has already written this query or has a somewhat related query as I would prefer not to have to write this from scratch. I may be over thinking it so any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Here is a little background on why this is needed. My accounting department recent had my team install logic into the SP_TransactionNotification that does not allow Sales orders to be added with NULL or 0.00 as the price. For the most part we are having little to no issue, but we have a website that allows orders to be imported into SAP and these orders are failing.
