Through Work center screen sequence (OP13) you can do it. Assign greater no to costing screen. Please change and test it. It's not an good practice without maintaining costing related data in work center.
1. Create a new tpye work center (that will be used for specific purpose without cost view).
2.Go to OP13 with Work Center Category in order to create a new screen sequence (deleting record about costing view - record 5 )
3.Go to OP40 in the work center category and for the work center category create in the step 1 assign the in the "Reference category for screen sequence and verification" the screen sequence create during step 2.
I already used these types work centers for example about external operation in the subcontracting scenary.
