How to Archiving of Maintenance Plans

Hi,

Could you tell me how to Archiving of Maintenance Plans?

i set the deletion flag to plant maintenance and my steps are as follows;

SARA -> PM_MPLAN -> WRITE

WRITE -> MAINTAIN

And finally i execute the program

and jobs' log like that;

But the plant maintenance still on the system, its not archived.

Could you tell me where I went wrong? and the how can i see the archived plant maintenance data?

Hi,

First set the 'deletion flag' as you have outlined. You also need to run the pre-processing job to set the 'deletion indicator'. Then run the Write job.

If the plan is still not archived, check the following settings exist in transaction AOBJ:

i can archived on test system now even though it has not any structure definition. Could you explain what is aobj screen and what is the relation between aobj and archived?

AOBJ is customizing for the archiving process. It is set as shown on my systems, not sure how significant it is.
