How to manage maintenance plan

Hello Experts,

In case I need to replace some of the parts before the planned maintenance call date

For example Plan 1 Year

Plan date : 1-JAN-2024

Complete date : 1-JAN-2024

Next Plan : 1-JAN-2025

Item 10 : Replace belt.
Item 20 : Replace bearing.
But Item 10 belt was damage on 1-MAR-2024 and I replaced the belt which meant it didn't go as planned. What do I need to do with my maintenance plan? In the event that I release a maintenance plan (as planned on 1-JAN-2025), if I release on 1-MAR-2024, that means that other plans It will not be processed. In this case, what should I do?
