How to activate the following services in SAP Cloud ALM

Please can you tell me how to activate the following services (SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry environment and SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry runtime) from SAP Cloud ALM, they are created but have not yet been activated, I am attaching a reference image.

The built-in help functionality clarifies what each status means in the Landscape Management app:

In short, those statuses represent the interaction between the service/system and SAP Cloud ALM, not the status of the actual service/system itself. To move the state to "Active", you have to add those systems to the "scope" of one of the SAP Cloud ALM for Operations use case apps (e.g. Health Monitoring, etc.) and enable the data collection.
