Dear Expert,

We failed to export document using ms. excel icon in SAP B1 in all PCs or SBO clients. We must create database folder in every PCs before printing. After creating database folder, we must assign the folder in the path tab of general settings. If we want to use B1-SHR in the path tab of general settings in the PC, the document can't be exported to MS. Excel. We use B1 2007A SP01 PL06. Pls advice.

AdministrationSysteminitializationGeneral setting---Define the network path

at the time you define the path

make sure your path is rooted through Network connects

b1_shr

it should not be

C:\B1_shr

Dear,

Create one folder under B1_SHR folder and give the write permission to B!_SHR folder and share it again.

Now access that folder from every clinet.

Unbder AdministrationSysteminitializationGeneral setting---Define the network patch to that folder on every clinet.
