Hello,

In this case, please check the in the App Manage Your Solution, SSCUI 150001 - Manage G/L Account Master Data

1º - Open Item Management should be active

2º - Tax Category should be " * " All tax types allowed

For more details and screenshots, please check the KBA ‎#3014123 - F5133 - There are no open items managed in account &

Best Regards,

Cristiane

The open items for Reconciliation accounts are kept in the sub-ledger. There is no need for open item management in the G/L. Change the account group back and make sure that the account is not identified as a reconciliation account.
