An activity has been created in EIC. But the business users are unable to find the same in EIc even after providing the activity number. However,the activity number seems to be valid as there are entries in the following backend tables: SCMG_T_CASE_ATTR & THREIC_ACTIVITY. Can any one share your thoughts?
I would review EIC security roles of the business users as that is the most common cause of the issue you describe above.
