Hi All,
Can anyone advise on how the SSL connection error below can be resolved? We get this error while trying to 'Get Access Tokens' from the Electronic Document Settings. We have successfully configured the CA signed Certificate with the B1if
"Not Granted. javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: No trusted certificate found javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: No trusted certificate found"

Hi Patumusiime,
Check SAP KBA 3269244 for the same.
It contains the link to the Guided Answer and one of the troubleshooting points is the one you reported here.
Hope it helps!
