Email Text Box not appearing after upgrade

Hi Experts,

We have upgraded our CRM system to EHP4 SP3 from EHP1 SP7. However, after the upgrade, when we go to the email screen,

- We are not getting the text box to enter the email content.

- We are also not able to select any standard response type

Has anyone of you faced these issues? Is anyone aware of the way to fix them? Your help is highly appreciated.

Hello Maresh,

With EHP3 SAP replaces the old email editor in the Interaction Center with a new enhanced version of the email editor that has updated capabilites including a revised stanard responses functionality. My understanding is that the new editor should automatically appear in place of the old one. Are you still seeing the old editor? And if so, are you perhaps using some custom code? If not, I would suggest to log an OSS support ticket to report the issue.
