Hi All,
We are working on a new document type/transaction type with leading transaction category as 'Complaints'. The functional already has done config to have billing plan determined in SPRO in the link "Assign billing plan type to Item Category", but still the billing plan tab is not visible for these type of documents at item level. Whereas for service contracts, billing plan tab is visible at item level.
Not sure whats missing here. Could you please share if you have any inputs for this issue.

We have the similar issue. In our case, the reason is in the definition of the billing plan type. There is a field called Billing Plan Usage Category, it was set to 1 - Fixed price. We change it back to empty - Legacy, then the billing plan tab in item level shows up.
