Automatic partner determination

Hello experts

My business is creating service request , IC executive will create service request and he is captured as Partner function created by ,and he will assign to approver by changing status, then service request is assigned to Partner function Employee responsible as xyz

now my requirement is to change XYZ to ABC ,means xyz left the company

i did some R&D in PPOMA_CRM but not succeeded.

request to give appropriate suggessions

You may want to see OSS note 1612343 Partner Re-determination in Business Transactions.

This knowledge article states that there is no automatic Partner Re-determination in standard. However, it goes-on to offer a simple solution.
