Hello SAP experts,
where can I find the best practices for prospect management between C4C and S/4HANA?
What are the standard options for managing this integration flow?

Hi,
There are different scenarios based on where prospecting is taken place. In SAP C4C or also in the back end as this is relevant for the data going back and forth and the configuration that needs to be done. In there are 3 scenarios - see paragraph 6.3 on Prospect Management in the somewhat old guide https://help.sap.com/doc/110c1391566245a4afd2240db0226f67/1705/en-US/C4C_QSG_1705.pdf (in case you have found a newer version please share)
Some companies are quite particular when it comes to prospect management and do not want this prospect data in their back end. All scenarios have some pro's and cons' as in some manual activities, so it always needs a proper process set up.
