There are different scenarios based on where prospecting is taken place. In SAP C4C or also in the back end as this is relevant for the data going back and forth and the configuration that needs to be done. Some companies are quite particular when it comes to prospect management and do not want this prospect data in their back end. All scenarios have some pro's and cons' as in some manual activities, so it always needs a proper process set up.
