SAP Emarsys' June Product Release is now LIVE and packed full of new omnichannel features and enterprise-grade enhancements to enable our customers to build, launch and scale personalized customer engagements and drive long-term customer loyalty. 

In addition, we’ve announced a suite of cutting-edge AI advancements that add important new functionality to our platform to unleash marketer creativity, improve productivity and power relevant customer experiences at scale. 

So, let’s see what’s new: 

Marketing Intelligence & AI innovations from SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement 

While AI has reemerged as a marketing sensation of late, Emarsys is not new to it. We’ve been embedding AI in our solutions for years, including: 

Building on this foundation, we’re expanding our AI capabilities to boost marketer productivity and creativity with generative AI, helping them deliver relevant experiences at scale. The new AI features we’ve introduced, include: 

  • AI Product Finder (in Pilot): to easily search within a product catalog and insert specified products and product fields 
  • AI Preheader Generator (expected GA in July): an addition to the existing Subject Line Generator toolset to generate engaging preheader copy 
  • AI Segment Generator (in Pilot): to generate human readable descriptions of existing segments for improved comprehension and searchability, plus the reverse use case in the future of generating a new segment based only on a natural language user prompt
