Middleware settings between 2 CRM clients and 1 ECC system

Hi Middleware Experts,

We have a requirement wherein we need to integrate Two CRM clients with One ECC Client. Is it possible?

If yes should we follow the same procedure for middleware configuration settings or there are some other changes in the process (like any other prerequiste needs to be followed).

Will it affect the system and the BDLS report beacuse one of the CRM systems is a refresh of the existing production client.

But it is strongly recommended that you should contact SAP consulting before considering

MCRM requirement.

Hi Deepa,

It is possible, but the good behavior depends in your middleware complexity.

The idea is to differentiate each CRM system, with a different consumer name. You can search in marketplace for the term 'Multiple CRM', and check also note 1143540 for more information.
