Issue with lead distribution rule assignment logic

Is experts can any one help this issue we set some rules in our c4c tenant some rules or work fine some or not working 

We have created following lead distribution rules 

Lead distribution rule 

Seq number :313

Operator:equal 

Campaign Name : Test campaign 

Owner:-

Sequence no:312

Operator : include 

Campaign names: EAME 11,id1142,

Owner:-

During testing it we observed that equal to working fine but include Operator not working fine  based on the rule owner data automatically need to fetch but it is not fetching include Operator

Hi,

For Routing Rule Condition, it seems that there is no standard Compare Operator "Includes". Please kindly raise a case for the issue so that we could further check into the situation.
