Dear Team,
User is unable to edit an appointment if a Microsoft Teams link has been added. Please provide solution to provide this access to user so User is able to edit appointments even if a MS Teams linked has been added.
Currently user getting error - "You don't have permission to modify MS Team integrated appointments ".
Please find attached screen shot of it.appontment-access-issue.png
Thanks and Regards,
MD.
Hi,
please take a look at this table - there is an option that user, even as an Organizer, cannot edit such appointment when he/she doesn't have User Delegation permission:
That's the screenshot from this link https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_CLOUD_FOR_CUSTOMER/4ca099b3968e4b1d8201e98bc0b96edc/65d7f1ad9ca849d9b7...
So please take a look (or your administrator) if you have this option 'User Delegation' enabled:
Kind regards,
Kacper

HI Team,
Is there any other way to create appointment from outlook without MS integration as we have 100 users who needs User delegation access ? Then how to provide this access to more than 100 users at once.
So can we go in other way like without MS integration link if we can create appointment from Outloook.
Thanks and Regards,
MD
Hi,
so if there is no MS Teams link then the same user can edit this appointment ? Is this user an involved party for this appointment (atendee, organizer etc.) ? Did you check the access rights for BO Appointments ?
Kind regards,
Kacper
