Is there a possibility in Quickservice (FP09) to disable or hide some fields in the customer edit screen? For now I could only implement by plugin to refuse the update, when dedicated fields have been changed.

We have a similar requirement to modify this form, so I did some digging into how this form is constructed. As far as I was able to follow, it basically traces back to a Javascript file within env.jar, that doesn't seem to take any cues from a plugin So, the short answer is probably that it's not possible to modify at all. At least not in the current FP.
