Error: 'No valid target content area found', when Role approver clicks on Inbox

Hi All,

Only 1 user gets the Error: 'No valid target content area found', when he clicks on Inbox, as shown below. FYI, User Parameter is the same as other approver.

As Prasant said,this error occurs incorrect settings of FPM launchpad

refer the below SAP Note and attachment in Note

1851321 - Not able to click on Link Groups/Header Link in NWBC

if everything is Okay

Then as mentioned by Katrice and Prasant please check roles for both users.

Hi Baithi,

this error only happens for 1 user. So, how would the note be applicable. fyi, the user has not been removed of any role and user comparison is done completed

We are also experiencing the same issue with only one user.  Did you ever find a solution?
