Hi gurus,
When I am creating a role in BRM in GRC 10.1, everything is done correctly but in the phase"Approval", when I iniciate an approval for the role, the role owner that was set up, receives a task in his Inbox to approve but no approve button appears. Attached is the screenshot.
Could you please help?
Thanks,
Kind regards,
Hi John,
1. Check if ROLE OWNER has required access to approve the requests.
Make sure Role Owner and Role Content Approver checked for the role owner in the role
2. Please check your MSMP stage level settings whether "APPROVE" is checked and also make sure if you had changed the stage level task settings, you have re-generated the new version or else re-generate the new version and try again.
Share stage level task settings error screenshot as well.
3. If trying to approve through Email approval link (in case) please check below SAP note
1750067 - Approve or Submit button not available while approving the request
4. Also check if SLG1 has shown any warnings/errors in the application logs for this particular BRM role approval request?
Regards,
Madhu.

Hello Smith,
To find the approval button in the request, please do the follow steps in MSMP
First Select your process ID
Navigate to Path and Select the Stage and click on Modify Task Settings
Select the Option Approve and Save it
Once this is Selected, Make Sure you activate the MSMP Workflow and you can find the approve button.
Note: If you don't happen to see approve button for the existing request don't worry, try to initiate a new request and you will find the approve button for the new requests.
