SAP Community - Where are you from?

SAP Community keeps growing and growing and I am super excited for this Welcome Corner as it gives the chance for not only new members but everyone to get to know one another and connect with each other.

As my colleague @KatherineKenneally gives an overall introduction to the Group and what you can expect from it in her blog post, I’d like to take the opportunity to start a discussion about the different locations represented in our global SAP Community. I am interested to read where you are located and where SAP Community is spread around the world.

I am from Germany and currently living in Wiesbaden, which is the capital of one of the sixteen German states located in the west. After years of studies and living in different places, my hometown has caught me again with its charm and the closeness to friends and family has won me over.

But now I am curious, where are you tuning in from?

Hi Everyone 

I am Suhaib Khan, I am a Lead HCM Consultant at TalenTeam, a leading SAP partner that provides end-to-end solutions for HR transformation. With around 7 years of experience in SAP consulting, I have successfully led 15+ end-to-end implementations for SuccessFactors modules, including Learning Management, Succession Management, Performance and Goal Management, and Work Zone. I have also led the development of multiple custom solutions as functional lead using SAP Business Technology Platform. I have also authored an implementation design principle that guides how to set up the learning management configuration effectively and sustainably.

As a Pre Sales Manager, I spearhead solution positioning and presentations with prospects, showcasing the value and impact of the solution. I collaborate with consulting and partner teams to drive engaging solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, and respond to customer RFPs with tailored solutions. I have a master's degree in International Business and multiple SAP certifications in SuccessFactors modules. I am passionate about HR digitization and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the field. I am always open to new opportunities and challenges, and eager to learn and grow as a professional.
