Have spoken to various SF users within and external to my company there is a lot of frustration at the Infleunce process - there appears to be no clear updates given on issues raised, no roadmap, which leads to us being unable to plan and inform end ...
or in similar multiple geographies, would be good to speak to like minded customers with same issues/ concerns 
Need to review how the process works, seems multiple customers feel the same way from comments i have seen  in the various forumsSAP influence seems to have little influence and also lack of communiction on SAPs decision making and status change
