Workflow License

Is it required addional license to use workflow addtion to user license.

OR for integration with lotus or outlook express?

There is no special license for workflow. Outbound mail does not affect licensing, but users need an ID to log in and execute work items, regardless of whether they use SBWP or do so in response to an email (e.g. extended notifications).

There are reduced-cost licenses available for infrequent users, please talk to your account manager for further details.

I'd check your actual contract.

Nothing is mention related to workflow in contract.
