Unable to purchase reactivation code from sap store

Hi All,

I am planning to attempt a course exam to earn a record of achievement . The course name is "Building Application with SAP Cloud Application Programming Model" and now its a self-paced course.

I am unable to buy a reactivation code for it as whenever I am going to the SAP store , the cart is always empty and it not allowing me to add any order in it . instead it always show me a message "openSAP Course Reactivation" is only enabled to be checked out as a guest, you can logout and add the product here".

Can anyone help me out here is steps to purchase it .
