1. Where are my orders? How do I find details of my previous sapstore orders?

2. Where do I download purchased products? Email confirmation says, " DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS - Downloadable products may be accessed by looking up your order. When the order summary appears, click on the Download link next to the product name" And, to lookup orders it says to go to https://store.businessobjects.com/store/bobjamer/DisplayHelpPage then "Look up your order either through the order number or your account login information."

But, none of the above seems to function any longer.

3. Finally, can a "SAP Crystal Reports 2020, upgrade version" license key be used with Crystal Reports 2016? It turns out that CR 2020 is only 64 bit and I really need to instal a 32 bit version.

Sorry to hear about your issues.
1. All your SAP Crystal Reports orders performed after July 1. 2023 can be found here: https://gc.digitalriver.com/sstore?Action=DisplayHomePage&SiteID=findmyor&Locale=en_US

2. All SAP Crystal Reports downloads can be found here: https://community.sap.com/topics/crystal-reports
=> Just scroll to the section Software Downloads Portal

3. You are correct: SAP Crystal Reports 2020 and SAP Crystal Reports 2002 upgrade version are 64 bit versions while SAP Crystal Reports 2016 is 32 bit.
=> The keycodes are version specific, so you need to purchase the correct version. Note that there is no upgrade version for SAP Crystal Reports 2016.
