Trigger the BW process chain through outlook - Email

Hi,

is there any way to trugger the process chain through the email. so no manual intervention required to process chain when any one requested to run it.

please suggest on this if any one have any idea.

Hi,

You can try to build event based process chain trigger. in source user itself run one Z program and it will trigger the process chain in BW using event.

Hi Vyas,

thanks for reply. here the case is different, if user has send mail to us to trigger the process chain. it should be triggered automatically. users doesn't have access to system's to run any programs.

It is possible but you need Basis and custom ABAP program to automate the process chain event triggering.
