Tasklist not getting displayed in project

Hi Experts,

I have solman Dev system in which i have created 3 more virtual clients as DEV,QAS,PRD. All the TMS setting are done. Also created Maintenance project for the same landscape and enabled ChaRM for this project.

1. When i create IMG project i got message that IMG project already exixst. I have changed the name and created the IMG project. Is there any problem if the project name and IMG project name is different?

2.I have created tasklist from change request tab. When i click the show task list button. i am only able to see the calendar and not teh tasklist(left pan not visible) any thing i have to do here?

3. When i create CD i am getting error "There is no active tasklist in the assigned project".

Please advice here to proceed.

Hi Kumar,

For 2nd & 3rd issues, Just see if the left pan of activities is hidden sometimes. Try to adjust the column width by dragging the window toward right. Once done, check if the task list is active and development tasks unlocked.

This is correct because you are doing in the same system and you will get this message

can show the screenshots for remaining queries...if you have no error and charm is successfully activated

Hi Prakhar

I have set up as mentioned in the given link. But still getting the same error.

I have read the content from the sencond link mentioned below:

"Please be aware that the development systems (source systems) must not be Virtual System, otherwise the project task list in ChaRM cannot be generated successfully because we need a real IMG project and CTS project here"

Actually my DEV client is virtual client. Is it because of this the tasklist is not created properly and giving this error.

Got busy so couldn't reply to you

you should not choose the source system as virtual which you already seen in the error.

instead choose source client as existing and then you can create a virtual as target client for TMS
